TAPESTRY features Denise Grupp-Verbon on Folk Harp and Michael Grupp-Verbon on acoustic guitars. TAPESTRY has performed together for over 7 years and recently released their second CD, The Journey. TAPESTRY has performed for the Somerset Folk Harp Festival (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007), The Epworth United Methodist (Toledo, Ohio) Artist Series (2007) and the Fayette (Ohio) Historical Opera House Artist Series (2007). TAPESTRY is scheduled to appear for First Friday at the Ritz Theatre in Tiffin, Ohio, and has opened for Kim Robertson and The Glengarry Boys. Denise teaches harp privately and is an Adjunct Instructor of Music at Owens State Community College, where she teaches Music Theory and Music Business classes. Michael specializes in creating unique compositions and arrangements for the duo and three of his original tunes are featured on The Journey.
